Virgin and Child. Carved stone depicting the Virgin Mary carrying the Child Jesus on her left arm, presenting him with a dove in her right hand, which he is caressing, and holding an apple in her left hand. Her hair is long, curly and crowned. She is dressed in a long dress that falls in broken folds, revealing her pointed shoes. A large mantle covers her shoulders, held in place by a pompom-trimmed cord. The Child's head is covered with a bonnet, revealing some hair on his forehead, and he is dressed in a long shirt with fan-shaped pleats from which a chubby little foot emerges.
