Large oval earthenware dish with gadrooned rim, decorated in blue monochrome in the style of Bérain in the center with a grotesque figure holding a fife under a drapery, surrounded by arabesques, busts, dancing satyrs, masks, a smoking urn, birds and snakes. The wing is adorned with foliage scrolls.
