Son of painter Giambattista, he began his career decorating villas in the Verona area following the style of Giambattista Tiepolo. Toward the end of his career he painted the Deposition now in the Museo di Castelvecchio, the Bishop's Seminary in Verona, and Palazzo Fè d'Ostiani in Brescia.
