ALESSANDRO MAZZUCOTELLI (1865-1938) Evocation of Dagobert Peche Spectacular two-light salon lamp in black patinated wrought-iron. The square base features stapled cross motifs. The cylindrical shaft features openwork geometric decorations. Fluted bell-shaped bulb holders. The top is composed of ivy leaves in spray and then in fall. Circa 1910-1920. Signed with the MAZZUCOTELLI stamp on the base. Height: 75.5cm Archives and related works: Collection d'estampes "Achille Bertarelli", Municipality of Milan - The fluted bell-shaped bulb holders and ivy-leaf decorative elements making up our lamp can be compared with drawings by Mazzucotelli conserved in this institution under nos. MAZZUCOTELLI 3-41, 3-G6, 3-G8 and 3-G24.
