MANUFACTURE NATIONALE DE SÈVRES - HENRI RAPIN (1873-1939) MODEL DESIGNER Vase Rapin n°21, the form designed circa [1925]. Exceptional pair of covered vases for mounting, with baluster bases and domed lids. Proof in porcelain (siliceous paste); enameled in a gradation of kiln blue to cerulean blue. The bottoms each have a large hole for a mounting; these pots have probably never been mounted. Our pieces were made in 1925. Each vase marked with the rectangular stamps S 1925 PS and Made in France under the base.
