CHARLOTTE PERRIAND (1903-1999) Forme libre, commonly known as Feuille, the model designed in [1953], the edition by Steph Simon initiated in [1956]. Rare and important table in sapele. The very thick, title-shaped top is assembled with a chamfered edge featuring false tongues and circular plugs to conceal the screw holes. The entablature rests on two cylindrical legs and an airplane-wing-type leg, each mounted by a bolted lag screw. Circa 1956-58. Used condition, stains on the top, discoloration at the base of each leg. Height: 71cm - Length: 236.5cm - Width: 108cm Top thickness: 7.5cm Provenance: - M.
