A magnificent bright red field frames two and a half imperial eagles, half animal, half vegetable. Oars, talons, feet and wingspreads spread out like starry flowers, in shimmering colors. They can also be compared to majestic suns with their rays. Two flowery ribbon borders frame the sky-blue main border, with its polychrome solar star flowers. Two-tone highlights.
