With its characteristic lines, our elegant bookcase is similar to the one sold in 2012 (Christie's Paris sale, Wednesday, November 7, 2012, lot 90). Several other bookcases of this model are referenced. For example, a pair sold in 2001 (Christie's New York, October 26, 2001, lot 240) and again in 2016 (Christie's Paris, May 3-4, 2016, Le Goût
Français, lot 141).
