Seal printed cards for the fake liquor business he created in Mena, AR to launder money from the Medellin Cartel, but Sheriff Downing caught on to his scheme. This lot consists of four color-printed "Royale Liquor" business cards with "Mena, Arkansas" addresses; two fake Mexican passports with glossy cardstock pages; and two envelopes from "HealthFair" and "State of Arkansas Police Sheriff & Trooper Pension Fund," respectively, addressed to "Sheriff Joseph Downing."
