Rare Legionnaire War Cross: "L V F", created in 1942, patinated bronze model, fine workmanship; ribbon with palm; it is presented in its green cardboard box, with its purchase invoice from Arthus Bertrand dated October 7, 1943, addressed to Mr. Paul Dubure in Paris. Mid-twentieth century. Very good condition. Paul DUBURE, military antique dealer in Paris, rue Dante, before the war; a serviceman, he was the father of Mme SECRETANT, herself an antique dealer in Lyon. (A family heirloom).
