Round brooch in 18k (750/00) gold and 800/00 silver, featuring a miniature painted on white enamel depicting the left profile of Cleopatra, her headdress embellished with polychrome enamel on a guilloché ground, within a leafy frame adorned with diamond-cut roses alternating with button pearls. Work in the Falize style, late 19th century (slight shock).
