[PAPAL BULLE Sixtus IV] Deed in Latin, parchment, Rome February 8, 1483. Seal broken and incomplete. Bull of dispensation by Pope Sixtus IV. It bears the red wax seal of the Holy Office. It is addressed to Don Diego Lopez Pachero (1456-1529) 2nd Duke of Escalona and Dona Juana Enriquez so that they may marry notwithstanding their 4th degree of kinship. The original document is bound in early 16th-century vellum with laces. A sheet of paper at the head summarizes the deed in Spanish. The binding bears various archival marks in ink on the front cover. Good condition; dim: 333 x 204 mn (folded).
