A Russian painter born in the Moscow region into a family of artists, he attended an art academy from an early age before moving on to the renowned Moscow State Academic Art Institute under Sourikov. He took part in numerous exhibitions both in Russia and abroad, and was appointed a member of the Russian Artists' Union. His favorite themes are landscapes and still lifes, which he depicts with great precision and a rich palette.
