One page with title and decorations of phytomorphic bands, another with coat of arms, another with border with motifs of pointed windows and cartouches of medieval and chivalric inspiration and one with a fluvial landscape with castle, another page with similar border with cartouches of military trophies and battlefield, another page with royal seal stamp.
