'Der Trompeter von Säckingen' Set consisting of a bronze sculpture of a trumpeter on a clock and a reservist mug with a relief of the trumpeter on the front. The clock set in a profiled marble case (damaged), glazed dial with Roman numerals; round brass plate movement with strike on bell. On bronze plinth the rider with his horse, about to put the trumpet (def.) to his mouth; plinth with sign 'decorbie'. H. total 58. cm. Ceramic jug decorated on all sides with relief, partly colored, among others with inscription bands with quotation from the trumpeter's song 'Behüt' dich Gott'. Pewter body with lid and thumb rest. Calibration mark 1 1/1 l. H. 37,5 cm.
