Set of six Empire dessert knives in silver, fully gilt. Extended, fluted handle with bellflower and acanthus leaf decoration, rounded at the end with an oval cartouche framed by a laurel leaf wreath and shell decoration. Including a ligatured monogram under a Habsburg crown. Dated 1781, decoration "Louveciennes". Marked, inspection mark with bigorne from 1838, master probably Dominique Laporte (active from 1825), dealer's mark "Odiot". Total weight approx. 335 g. L. 20.5 cm.
