Rococo hunting party in front of the Amalienburg in Nymphenburg Palace Park
Finely painted work typical of the artist, who trained at the Munich Academy under Wilhelm Diez, in its impressive mood, subtly executed coloring and motif. Velten repeatedly painted hunting parties against the backdrop of famous castles, in which he was able to express his talent as a subtle colorist. Oil/wood panel. Signed a.; 16 cm x 24 cm. Frame.
