Pair of French glass wine jugs in silver. With a motif of bows and garlands on the glass and the base of the jugs. With grotesques of a quiver, bow, mandolin and laurel branch on the necks of the vessels, equipped with a bud on a hinged lid. France. Late 19th century. French hallmarks of 925 sterling silver (Minervas head in the octagon) and an unreadable diamond-shaped makers mark on the base of the vessels. Height: 30 cm.
