17th century French school, follower of Charles and Henri BEAUBRUN Presumed portrait of Anne Marie Louise d'Orléans, Duchesse de Montpensier Oil on canvas (Re-backed, restorations) 73 x 60 cm. The identification of the sitter is not certain, but we can relate our painting to a portrait of Mademoiselle de La Vallière, with a pose, dress and finery identical to our painting in a few details (Vente anonyme, Paris, Me Pescheteau-Badin, March 22, 2010, lot 17, entourage of Charles Beaubrun).
