Large CABINET with bevelled sides in resinous wood veneered with exotic woods, blackened with blond tortoiseshell. It opens to nine drawers and a niche revealing nine drawers, the door of which frames an ivory statuette. Foreign work from the 17th century. 110.5 x 185 x 43 cm. Minor accidents, restorations. The polychrome ivory statuette, carved in the round, depicts Saint Anthony in chasuble, holding the Child in his arms, and standing on a Rocaille-style pedestal.
