Checkered ebony handle (crack). Iron mounting, German-style hilt with one branch and line-decorated half-orifice, quillon ending in a ball curved towards the tip. Curved blade with arched back, counter-edge, gutter, engraved in thirds and signed on the heel "Coulaux Frères Entrepreneur Manufacture Nationale d'armes blanches de Kligenthal". Later two-ring scabbard (pitting and accidents).
