PARIS ALGER DAKAR Roger METGE driver's shirt Rothmans Porsche 1984 or 1986 Provenance: Gift of the driver to the current owner René Metge (1941-2024) won the Paris-Dakar rally three times, in 1981, 1984 and 1986. He was also race director in 1987 and 1988. In 2002, he accompanied Johnny Hallyday on the African trail. He took part in 14 Paris-Dakar rallies and 6 24h of Le Mans, including a class victory in 1986.
