Very rare single edition. - With contributions by the architects Gustav Lampmann, Ernst Sagebiel and Heinrich Maurer. - With an appendix of the companies involved, "reviews" and "advertisements". - The Hansahochhaus in Cologne's Neustadt-Nord district was one of the first high-rise buildings in Germany and the first high-rise building in Cologne. The construction period of 135 working days was only extended to 15 months due to interruptions. With a height of 65 meters at the time of completion, the 17-storey solid construction was the tallest building in Europe for a short time. - Endpapers and title with collector's stamp. - Slightly finger-stained in places, in good overall condition.
