The woodcut artist and book cover designer Onchi Koshiro (1891-1955) was a co-founder and central figure of the Sosaku-hanga movement and one of the first Japanese to work with abstract art. - Slight brown spotting in places, endpapers heavily browned, title with small scuff mark.
