Cast bisque head, debossed 0, articulated on collar, debossed 2 on right shoulder (full-length cracked collar at back), closed mouth, refixed light-blue fixed eyes (slight squint), beautiful leather body articulated by seams, blond wig, hat, leather shoes, clothes and undergarments are old but later.
Hypothesis
original head broken and replaced by this one.
