Dresden cardboard set of three-dimensional floating angels
as Christmas tree decorations, around 1900, unmarked, embossed papier-mâché, hand-painted and pressed gold/silver laminated cardboard wings, consisting of four praying angels with cloth drapery, each with a metal loop for hanging on the back, one wing of the small angel creased, otherwise good condition for its age, l 12 cm (4 x) and 9 cm (1 x) each.
