circa 1900, signed "a mayer", cast metal, finely chiselled and gilded, pair of reliefs each with an Art Nouveau beauty with knotted hair, in richly decorated robes, surrounded by intertwined leafy tendrils and blossoms, in an Art Nouveau wooden frame with metal mounting as a floral wreath, wall mounting on the reverse, signs of age, gilding rubbed, dimensions 39.5 x 30 cm each, outer dimensions 69 x 49.5 cm.
