Louis Parisetti was born in 1503 and died in Rome in 1570; he composed a large number of poems and speeches in the style of Lucretius. This beautifully printed volume contains a short preface by the author to Pope Julius III. A few leaves miscalculated and 101 misplaced, the last leaf (Anchor) is a little frayed, missing the first 6 leaves, including the title. (Renouard, p. 154).
