Victorian medallion pendant 18 ct yellow gold, silver. Slightly cambered heart shape with glazing on the back. Pendant eyelet and medallion àjour set in pavé with 35 mixed-cut diamonds (total ca. 1.85 ct, K/L, p) and a central old pear-cut diamond (ca. 2.70 ct, K/L, p). Not stamped. 2.4 x 2.3 cm. Weight 7.32 g. Circa 1890.
