Victorian snake bangle with rubies
15 ct. yellow gold. Flexible spiral bangle of very fine gold meshwork. The naturalistic snake head with scale relief and outstretched tongue, set with two arched bars of calibrated rubies and two diamond roses as eyes. Stamped: fineness "15 ct". Weight 25.2 g.
