German - Cassette frame
Walnut, partially gilded, inside and outside with rising profile. (19th century). Clear dimensions: 39.5 x 23.4 cm. Slat width: 9.9 cm. Outer dimensions: 61.1 x 44.8 cm.
Probably formerly stained dark. Gilding slightly rubbed and with small flaking in places. With old wormholes.
Gilding rubbed. With occasional cracks in the corners. Tiny bumps to the upper outer edge.
