A pair of two-colour gold cufflinks by Fabergé, c.1880-1913, each triangular plate with an applied silver crown set with rose cut diamonds and cabochon rubies, over a blue guilloché enamel ground, within a laurel wreath surround, linked to a reeded gold terminal with rose cut diamond ribbon decoration. Signed Fabergé, maker’s mark A*H for August Frederik Hollming, 1880-1913, 56 zolotnik hallmark for 14ct gold. 11.71g Provenance: Maurice 'Dick' Turpin, Barons Keep, London W14. Condition Report: In fair condition.
Marked on back plate and terminal.
Gas bubbles to enamel, visible under 10x magnification.
Light cracking to the enamel at the corners.
Surface scratches and marks commensurate with age.
