Curved fronted COMMODE in natural cherry wood.
The sides receive a "chapeau de gendarme" panel, embrevé in uprights and crosspieces molded with a wide doucine.
The front opens to reveal four drawers in three rows. The rounded front legs are richly carved with scrolls and sunflowers.
The legs are arched on the front and straight on the back.
Molded marble top. Bronze ornamentation such as handles and anchors.
Provincial work of the 18th century.
Height : 89.5 cm. Depth : 65.5 cm. Width : 133.5 cm.
Nota bene : grafting at the bottom of the legs, various restorations.
Probably born with a wooden top.
