1603. MANUSCRIPT: (EXECUTORIA- FELIPE III). LETTER OF NOBILITY AT THE REQUEST OF FRANCISCO VAZQUEZ AND ANTONIO CORNEJO, NEIGHBORS OF SALVATIERRA DE TORMES. Manuscript volume on parchment in minor folio. 69 manuscript fol. on parchment, all ruled in red. Enc. in full leather of the period with gilt wheels and gilt irons on both planes, Renaissance type, with two-tone silk cords on the spine but without the lead seal. It begins with a beautiful scene of the annunciation that occupies the upper part of the folio, under this the retato of the family of the petitioners in attitude of adoration, in the following heraldic shield in richly decorated border and on the verso of this begins the text. It has a genealogical tree on paper. All the text is ruled and in all the folios the corresponding headings, elaborated capitals but all in black ink (sometimes reworked). Colors slightly retouched. Given in Medina del Campo on September 4, 1603.
