Pair of blown glass and enamel vases, Art Nouveau, Lamartine model, Legras manufacture of Saint Denis, tubular body with flared base in blown glass with green and colorless shaded background, enamel decoration with chrysanthemums in high relief and golden twigs on an opaque background. Théodore François Legras (1839-1916)is one of the four master glassmakers of Art Nouveau with Jean Daum, Emile Gallé and René Jules Lalique. Legras vases were produced in Saint Denis, Paris, between 1895 and 1900, a period when Art Nouveau was at its peak. 27x8 cm
