This leaf from a Mamluk-period Qur'an features a text spread over 15 lines per page, in naskh script, with lines 1, 8 and 15 in broad thuluth script. Verse separations are marked with illuminated flowers, and the margins are decorated with four polychrome and gold medallions and mandorls containing kufic inscriptions.
