Pair of large candelabra in chased and gilded bronze, adorned with statuettes of a Chinese couple in celadon porcelain, with three elaborate arms decorated with foliage in relief, ending in plant-shaped bobèches.
The openwork Rocaille-style pedestals are formed of broad foliage scrolls and surmounted by a base supporting the statuettes. The smiling Chinese couples are shown standing, one holding an oyster and the other flowers, with celadon blue and green decoration.
