Marcelin Flandrin was a photographer and major postcard publisher, renowned for his aerial photography in Morocco. He moved there in 1912 and was active in Casablanca in the 1920s. In 1921, he published photos of an air trip between Casablanca and France in L'Illustration. In 1922, he illustrated the Moroccan pavilion at the Marseille Colonial Exhibition. His photos were published alongside those of Rudolf Lehnert to illustrate Morocco in the book Nordafrica (1924).
Today, the Flandrin collection is mainly preserved in Casablanca by the Banque Populaire pour l'Education et la Culture.
