I fight against the rain and the models, without bitterness or enthusiasm".
Then he talks about a planned move with Bourge to Rue Mansart.
Mansart: "I'll have a small increase in rent, but it's not a big deal (200 or 300 F) which is well offset by the casting I'd have on my own. - It's all getting old...
