HEUER Carrera 12 Chronograph Tachometer / Tri-Compax Silver - Ref. 2447 T1, Circa 1965 Exceptional pilot's chronograph with red tachymeter bezel bezel (2nd generation), a tribute to the Carrera Panamericana Mexico Panamericana Mexico. Steel case with beveled horns, oversized round pushers and screw-down caseback (signed Heuer Léonidas S.A., numbered C5670-7). Silvered dial with three recessed counters (small seconds at 9 o'clock, minutes at 3 o'clock and hour at 6 o'clock), white railway scale on the flange and red tachometric scale specific to the model. Applied hour-markers and luminescent (tritium) skeletonized hands. Heuer steel bracelet with original folding clasp (Gay Frère A.72).
