The animalistic representation has been a constant in the history of art, especially during the Art Deco period, where many artists focused their production in the creation of scenes where animals were the protagonists. Rembrandt Bugatti is possibly the most famous sculptor in this genre, although others such as the French Irénée Rochard, also opted for a theme with great acceptance by the society of the time for the kindness of the representations.
