Chester sofa with four seats upholstered and covered in black leather, with padded back and armrests, as it is usual in this type of furniture. The Chester sofa was born in early 19th century England, but the elegance of its design has adapted to the changing tastes of society over its two centuries of life. Its characteristics are constant: with a capitonné upholstery on the front, back and armrests. The armrests are at the same height as the backrest, tracing a continuous line of scrolls. It was the first fully upholstered canapé to incorporate spring padding, which made it more comfortable than its predecessors.
