Rare and important table by designer Andrée Puttman in wood, stainless steel and oval marble top resting on a sphere and square metal base. In good overall condition, with a small section to be glued back under the top.
The table is featured in a collage by Karl Largerfeld published in a book by Maison Rizzoli. Signed on a plate underneath. Andrée Putman is often compared to Elieen Gray for her purity of form.
