A GILT-BRONZE FIGURE OF BUDDHA SHAKYAMUNI

Seated in vajrasana on a lotus base with his right hand in bhumisparshamudra while the left is resting on his lap, wearing monastic garment including a mantle covering his left shoulder, its border engraved with a stylized leaf pattern, his face displaying a serene expression with downcast eyes, raised urna at his forehead, elongated earlobes, curled hairdo continuing into the ushnisha and topped with a lotus-bud, sealed.
