A BRONZE FIGURE OF MAITREYA Tibet, 16th c. H. 9,2 cm Seated in pralambapadasana on a throne with his right hand raised in abhayamudra while the left is resting on his lap, wearing monastic garment, his face displaying a serene expression, elongated earlobes, his curled hairdo is continuing into the ushnisha and topped with a lotus bud, unsealed.
