Round "cul noir" dish with contoured rim featuring patriotic polychrome decoration of three hammered fleurs-de-lis in a medallion inscribed: "VIVE LA LIBERTE SANS LICENCE" topped by a bonnet on a pike and framed by a wreath of oak leaves linked by a tricolor ribbon.
Engraved "OLLIVIER A PARIS".
Late 18th century, revolutionary period.

Fracture, restoration to the clasps.
