Oscillum depicting, after a Hellenistic model, on one side the three standing Graces - Thalie, Euphrosyne and Aglaé - and on the reverse the three bathing Graces, one squatting to wash her hair, another pouring the contents of a hydria and the third presenting her with an alabaster of perfumed oil, as well as a strigile. The sculptor's work is particularly well executed and balanced, with many details. These female figures, representing abundance, joy and splendor, are directly linked to Bacchic cults, since each of them is the fruit of the union between Bacchus and
Venus.
