Beautifully printed on thick vellum paper, mitered and illustrated with two miniatures and attractive borders in the medieval style on each page, all enhanced by hand in polychrome and gold. In-8, 72-[4]-[1] pp. Brown morocco, ribbed spine decorated with fleur-de-lys caissons, gilt title, fine gilt lace framing the boards decorated with small irons with the arms of Anne of Austria and gilt numerals AL (for Anne of Austria and Louis XIII), gilt edges, inner lace, in publisher's slipcase).
