Soft oblique folds in the upper left-hand corner. Small thinning at head on verso. Good margins. Joint: frontispiece for Saint François de Sales, Introduction à la vie dévote, Paris, Imprimerie royale, 1641. Burin (after Poussin or Stella?). 206x316. Préaud 330. Fine proof on laid paper, trimmed to the subject, pasted by the corners on laid paper. A few spots of rust, one of which is more pronounced under the angel's bent knee.
