Very fine and brilliant proof on laid paper (watermark: fleur-de-lys in a circle), trimmed to the subject. Median horizontal drying fold and other traces of folds on verso. Small tear in lower right corner. Minor thinning at edges of verso leaf. Minor soiling and foxing, mainly visible on verso. A short tear at foot, formerly restored. Joint: Marco Dente of Ravenna (c. 1493-1527). Copy of the same subject. Burin. 265x407. Bartsch 58; Passavant 5. Proof on laid paper (watermark: crown surmounted by a star), late, a little gray, trimmed on the subject, the donkey on the left replaced by a barrel bearing the engraver's monogram.
